Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. Clerk Billing requires a card on file before the trial begins, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before then in Settings → Subscription and you'll pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription → Manage. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't cancelled, your card is charged for the plan you selected and Pro stays active. If you do cancel before day 8, you pay nothing and revert to demo mode.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes — toggle Yearly on the pricing card above to see the annual rate and savings. Both plans include the same 7-day trial.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes. In Settings → Subscription → Manage, open the Clerk billing portal and switch plans. Pro-rated automatically.
Is my data private?
Yes — your profile, tracked compounds, biometrics, and bloodwork live in our isolated Postgres database, scoped to your account. We don't sell or share health inputs with third parties. See /legal/privacy for the full policy.
